Consent to personal data processing for web analytics

1. Controller and purpose

Controller: Зубович Евгений Михайлович, self-employed professional income taxpayer, tax ID 381112632312. Enquiries and withdrawal: e.zubovich@yandex.ru. Site: https://3d-dacha.ru.

Purpose: collecting and analysing site-visit statistics to improve user experience and site quality using web analytics systems.

By choosing “Allow all” or “Save choices” with Yandex Metrica enabled, I freely consent, of my own will and in my interest, to this processing under article 6(1)(1) and article 9 of No. 152-FZ. “Essential only” refuses analytics; technical data required for my selected features are processed on independent bases explained in the policy.

2. Data, actions and recipient

Data subjects are site visitors. Analytics data include IP address, cookie identifiers, browser and device details, visit time and public-page address.

Permitted actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, use, transfer (disclosure/access), deletion and destruction. Processing is automated over the internet, without transfer through a legal entity’s internal network.

Metrica events exclude photos, plans, AI briefs, login details, emails, balances and payment details. Session replay and form recording are disabled. Consent does not permit advertising mail, publication of my materials or sending my brief to the AI provider.

3. Duration, choice records and withdrawal

Processing stops when the purpose is achieved or consent withdrawn. Browser choices last at most 180 days, then require renewal; this is a choice-retention period, not indefinite data-storage permission. Deletion and destruction follow article 21, No. 152-FZ absent an independent basis for continued processing.

Choices are saved in the browser with date and document version. A changed version requires a new choice. Analytics code is not loaded before consent. Change or withdraw consent on “Documents and provider details” through “Cookie and statistics settings” or “Withdraw statistics consent”, or email the controller.

Withdrawal stops future statistics. To correct or delete earlier data, email the controller with enough information to locate them; ordinary requests do not require a password or passport. Earlier lawful processing does not become unlawful after withdrawal. Requests, deadlines and legal exceptions follow the policy and articles 20–21, No. 152-FZ.
