Consent to personal data processing

Separate 3D Dacha user consent to email processing for service provision. This is not consent to advertising mail.
1. Controller and data
I consent to Зубович Евгений Михайлович (tax ID 381112632312, address: not provided — provider information required, site: https://3d-dacha.ru) processing the email address I supply. Processing enquiries: e.zubovich@yandex.ru.
2. Processing purposes
Providing services; creating accounts, login and access recovery; sending login codes, readiness notices and order results; support replies; sending payment receipts and service messages about orders or refunds. Advertising and marketing mail are excluded.
3. Actions and transfer
Processing uses automated means and, where necessary, manual handling: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised processors, blocking, deletion and destruction. Email goes to the mail provider for service messages and to payment/receipt processors only as necessary for payment and receipts. It is not included in AI tasks or published. Providers are described in the privacy policy.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts from the separate checkbox action until the purposes are achieved or consent withdrawn. Withdraw at e.zubovich@yandex.ru, specifying the account email and request to stop processing. Processing then stops and data are deleted within legal deadlines, except where an independent basis remains, including contract performance and payment-document retention duties. Withdrawal does not automatically end those obligations.
5. Confirmation
Consent is given through a separate, initially unchecked box before requesting a code. After email verification by one-time code, the service saves the consent date, version and text linked to the account. The offer is accepted separately when ordering.
