Priorities are especially important on 600 m². Rather than fitting everything in at once, choose the main uses and check that practical access remains.
Dimensions illustration, not a finished layout. Enter actual measurements in the planner.
How it works
01
Open the planner and replace the default dimensions with actual measurements. For a practice rectangle, use 20 × 30 m.
02
Place the house and essential features, then add one main seating area and the necessary utility areas.
03
Check circulation in 2D and the overall view in 3D. Mention compactness and priorities in your visualisation brief.
Things to consider
Make a short list of essentials
Mark the existing house, driveway and areas that must stay clear. Then decide what matters most: a large terrace, sauna, vegetable beds or open play space. Objects need not only their footprint but also room around them for access and maintenance.
Combine compatible uses
A small space beside the house can serve family meals and relaxation. Compact boundary planting frees the centre, while tool storage near vegetable beds reduces trips. Don't combine uses if that makes them inconvenient or unsafe.
Shape matters more than the area alone
20 × 30 m is one example of 600 m², not a universal shape. Routes differ on long narrow plots and near-square ones. Enter actual dimensions and check the entrance and north direction; regulatory setbacks cannot be determined by area alone.
How 3D Dacha helps
Object dimensions help reveal an overcrowded plan early.
Moving areas lets you compare compact alternatives.
Tell the AI explicitly which features you are willing to leave out.
Before you begin
Can a house, sauna and vegetable garden fit on 600 m²?
Sometimes, but it depends on building dimensions, plot shape and restrictions. First enter the actual objects and check whether their placement is permitted, rather than copying a picture of someone else's garden.
Will 20 × 30 m be set automatically?
No. This page illustrates the area; enter dimensions in the existing planner's settings. Visiting this page does not overwrite your current project.
